There's a couple of things that I really like about Ryan Pineda. This video that I'm showing right here, and the first thing is that he just got started on it. I mean, he tells his story and he talks about how he just got started, he just started buying and flipping, just buying and selling furniture. At first, he wasn't specializing in couches, but he realized that couches were really what worked well, and so then he zeroed in on that. Now let me tell you, like I promised, the interesting twist to this business model because I actually did a very similar thing. But what I started doing was digital, meaning what I started doing was I actually would set up a website for say something simple like plumber, and people would call the phone number on the website looking for a plumber. But I'm not a plumber, so then what I would do is I would turn around and sell that phone call to a plumber for like twenty dollars or thirty dollars. And I started to do this so much; I built this up so much that I was actually making nearly a million dollars. I brought in nearly a million dollars just flipping phone calls to local businesses, and you can do this.
